What we offer

Our approach is grounded in close collaboration with institutional partners to ensure each program aligns with clearly defined academic objectives and learning outcomes. GLOMI designs academic programs across a wide range of disciplines—from athletics and history to science, innovation, and beyond—leveraging Korea’s unique educational, cultural, and industrial landscape.

When programs require expertise beyond our in-house domains, we partner with leading local institutions, subject-matter experts, and providers to ensure academic integrity, operational feasibility, and program quality. This collaborative model enables highly customized program development while maintaining clear structure, accountability, and outcome alignment.

GLOMI works exclusively with institutional and corporate partners, including universities, educational programs, and organizations managing group-based or large-scale initiatives. Services are not offered to individual clients, as all engagements are designed to support complex programs, multi-stakeholder coordination, and evolving institutional requirements.

Minimum Engagement

Programs involving:

  • Universities or educational institutions

  • Cohorts, study programs, or group travel

  • Multiple participants or stakeholders

are priced separately based on complexity, duration, and scale. Retainers are required for these engagements.

All projects begin with a minimum engagement of $5,000.

This initial phase includes:

  • Strategic consultation and needs assessment

  • Requirements development and feasibility planning

  • Initial sourcing, coordination, or program setup

  • Defined first-phase deliverables

This ensures alignment before moving into extended execution.

Ongoing Support & Retainers

Programs that involve ongoing coordination, evolving requirements, institutional timelines, or iterative decision-making are supported via a monthly retainer, starting at $4,000 per month.

Retainers cover:

  • Ongoing adjustments or changes in direction

  • Advisory and decision-support

  • Third-party coordination (e.g. housing, vendors, partners)

  • Extended timelines and institutional processes

A minimum retainer commitment may apply depending on scope.

Budget Alignment

Because this work supports high-responsibility, operationally complex programs, clients should have a clear and realistic budget in place prior to engagement.

If budget constraints require ongoing reconfiguration or alternative planning, this is handled as part of ongoing support.

Important Notes

Once decisions are confirmed, subsequent changes are treated as new scope

  • Institutional payment delays do not pause active retainers

  • Third-party reservations or holds cannot be guaranteed without secured deposits
